Caring for Loved Ones at Home
We offer families an intensive level of supportive care from our Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs), who work hand-in-hand with our Registered Nurses to develop and follow care plans for each of our clients. Plus, our staff speaks Spanish, Polish, Russian, and Bosnian to put our clients at ease.
- Assist with daily activities, including personal hygiene
- Assist with medications per a medication planner
- Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure
- Perform light housekeeping duties and preparing meals
- Assist with eating and the maintenance of prescribed or special diets
- Utilize chem-strips for diabetics, oxygen for therapy, and more
- Transport the client and assist with ambulation or transfers
- Shop for client (if no other arrangement is possible)

In addition to intensive care from our Certified Home Health Aides, we also offer other care options for clients with fewer medical needs. Our Personal Care Aides (PCAs) are RN-supervised professionals who can assist with a wide range of needs at home.
